FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
April, 21 2025 – Geneva, Switzerland & San Francisco, CA — Ironmind.ai, a leading AI-powered platform optimizing mental fitness for elite athletes, is proud to announce its selection by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to participate in The Spot, a prestigious global sports innovation program hosted by ThinkSport.
Ironmind was selected from a pool of over 70 high-potential startups across 28 countries as part of the Global Sport AI & Robotics Innovation Challenge, an IOC-supported initiative focused on breakthrough solutions for athlete performance, mental health, and longevity. The program culminated with Ironmind presenting at The Spot, held at the Olympic House in Lausanne, Switzerland, where the world’s top innovators gather to shape the future of sport.
“Our selection by the IOC and ThinkSport is a major milestone for Ironmind,” said Jonathan Wan, CEO and Founder of Ironmind. “It validates our mission to bring precision AI mental health tools into elite training environments—and now, onto the global Olympic stage.”
Ironmind’s proprietary platform, GritOS™, features a suite of AI-powered agents designed to support mental resilience, cognitive performance, and recovery at scale:
GritOS is built for high-performance environments where mental readiness is mission-critical—bridging gaps in therapist access, administrative workload, and clinical documentation. Ironmind enables organizations to streamline care delivery, support coaches and clinicians, and improve reporting accuracy through real-time AI.
Ironmind’s selection highlights the growing global need for tech-enabled, scalable mental health infrastructure in sports. As federations and training centers prepare for major competitions like the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics, Ironmind is well-positioned to become the digital backbone for mental performance across Olympic and national teams.
