How Users Opt In

Users opt in to SMS messaging through an Ironmind.ai web form during account registration, account security setup, login verification, or another authentication process.

Before receiving SMS messages, users:

1. Provide their mobile phone number;
2. Are informed that SMS will be used for authentication and account verification;
3. Affirmatively consent to receive SMS messages from Ironmind.ai; and
4. Submit the form or request a verification code.

Where an SMS consent checkbox is presented, it is not pre-selected. The user must affirmatively select the checkbox to provide consent.

Types of SMS Messages

Ironmind.ai SMS messages are limited to transactional account security purposes, including:

• One-time passwords (OTPs);
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) codes;
• Login verification;
• Identity verification; and
• Account recovery or other account security verification.

This SMS program is not used to send marketing, advertising, or promotional messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on user activity. SMS messages are generally sent only when a user initiates an action requiring authentication or account verification.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on the user's wireless carrier and mobile service plan.

Opt-Out

Users may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages.

After an opt-out request is processed, Ironmind.ai may send a confirmation message indicating that SMS messaging has been disabled.

Opting out of SMS may prevent the user from using SMS-based authentication. Where available, users may select another supported authentication method.

Users may reply HELP for assistance or contact Ironmind.ai through the support information available on the Ironmind.ai website.

Mobile Information and SMS Consent

Ironmind.ai uses mobile telephone numbers and SMS consent information only for the purposes disclosed to the user.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Ironmind.ai may provide information to service providers solely as necessary to operate its services and deliver requested SMS authentication messages.

Privacy

Personal information associated with the SMS authentication service is handled in accordance with the Ironmind.ai Privacy Policy and applicable law.
