Ironmind.ai is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our Ambassador Program, Social Media, and Sponsorship Initiatives. This cross-functional leadership role blends brand strategy, athlete and influencer relations, corporate partnerships, and digital content. You’ll work directly with world-class ambassadors, secure sponsorships, and elevate Ironmind’s mental fitness mission on the global stage.

Ambassador Program Leadership

• Own the strategy and operations of Ironmind’s Global Ambassador Program.
• Liaise with current and future ambassadors across regions and disciplines.
• Facilitate ambassador-driven content, events, product testing, testimonials, and community engagement initiatives.
• Lead Ironmind’s end-to-end social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and emerging platforms.  
• Manage content calendar and execution, working closely with ambassadors, designers, and editors.  
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance with a focus on engagement, reach, and conversion.  

Sponsorship & Partnership Development

• Build and manage Ironmind’s Sponsorship Program with a focus on:    
  • Corporations – lifestyle, sports, wellness, and consumer brands  
  • Sports Industry – leagues, clubs, governing bodies, and athletic organizations  
  • Healthcare Industry – hospitals, insurers, wellness platforms  
  • AI & Tech Companies – wearable manufacturers, digital health platforms, research labs  
  • Academic Institutions – sports science labs, mental health departments, and athletic departments  
• Pitch and secure co-branded partnerships, grants, and event-based sponsorships to fund Ironmind’s growth and mission.  

Community & Content

• Create toolkits and onboarding flows for ambassadors.  
• Develop community campaigns, ambassador newsletters, and exclusive programming.  

Metrics & Reporting

• Track and report KPIs including ambassador engagement, social media growth, referral activity, lead generation, and sponsor ROI.  
• Maintain dashboards and deliver monthly insights to leadership.  

•  4–6 years of experience in marketing, influencer/ambassador program management, or sponsorship/partnerships
• Proven experience managing digital campaigns and social media channels
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, project management and storytelling skills
• Deep understanding of sports culture, performance psychology, or wellness industry
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

• Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) Expertise: Experience with NCAA/compliance-driven NIL programs or marketing to student-athletes
• Global Sports Network: Pre-existing relationships with athletes, coaches, leagues, or federations
• B2B & B2C Brand Campaigns: Experience managing brand collaborations that span both consumer and enterprise markets
• AI, Wearable, or Healthtech Familiarity: Understanding of how biometric and mental health data are used in athlete performance or clinical settings
• Content Production Skills: Ability to lead or contribute to video shoots, ambassador interviews, podcast-style media, or live social events
• Experience with CMS, CRM, and Marketing Automation: Familiarity with tools like Notion, Canva, Photoshop, and social scheduling platforms
